£30,000 per annum, Monday to Friday
At Kesseler, we manufacture and retail luxury kitchens which start from £20,000.
All of our kitchens are built at our head office & factory in Kirkby in Ashfield, where we are looking for a driven and motivated Despatch & Goods In Manager.
This is an important role in the factory operations, providing a flow between administration, production and delivery to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include booking goods in (such as materials from our suppliers) and distributing them to the relevant department. You’ll be responsible for managing and arranging the paint schedule (with our external paint supplier) and managing the dispatch of jobs on time, in full, on a daily basis.
In addition to being organised and logical, good teamwork and personal skills are essential for this role, as you’ll need to liaise with our Production Manager for despatch times and our Administration team (booking outbound deliveries and arranging deliveries from suppliers).
The successful candidate will have experience of despatch management in a production environment.
You’ll actively pull work through to your department, chasing jobs if necessary to keep the flow of production moving smoothly. You’ll also be responsible for stock control, (eg. packaging materials) and cost controls for transport and delivery costs.
This role pays £30,000 per annum and is Monday to Friday, daytime.
